Cashback/Reward site.

This project is to be done ASAP, by next month. The project is to add features to the admin panel AND update the design of the website. The website is: [login to view URL] The admin panel is: [login to view URL] (Username: admin password: admin) Now here is what i want done: I want the admin to have the following NEW features or changes: I want changes to the "Banner click management" this includes taking away features and adding new ones. I want "view order" to show the IP date time etc. I want there to be a "search" user area where i can search the users by email or username. I want the "competitions" place to be named "news" and for me to be able to edit everything by html buttons etc. Example admin [login to view URL] (username: Demo password: demo) I want the WHOLE account section on this demo admin, Update/Edit Users Manage Accounts Credit Accounts Debit Accounts Design for [login to view URL]: To access the site you need log-in information: (Username: Admin password: 20061993) I want the "my points" statment changed. I want the comments part GONE on the statment. I want the "view" order part to show the item via a table (This can be explained later) I want the reward part to have slight changes etc. I want the email sent automatically to be changed, The budget is currently AT $350. It might go higher. I need to see previous work, If someone has done this type of site before they will be given the task to do it. I will also request that you give a QUOTE NOW! otherwise if you ask for more money at a later date i will simply leave the project. The deadline is the 15th next month.
