Django Developers

We re looking to add Django developers to our task force. The developers will be working dedicatedly through the month of November (some projects November too) to finalize the remaining 5-30% remaining of each project. Some of these projects are bug fixing/tweaking such as integrating HTML templates into the project apps and some of them are actually coding the required apps to be plugged into the big project to work in general. it might be also include code optimization for existing projects to make it scale/work better. If you are having both Django backend expertise AND frontend development skills to integrate the templates (not actual slicing HTMLs as i have a team) Please mention this in your proposal that you will be able to integrate htmls and an expert in django templating as it will have a value in hiring you. PLEASE NOTE: I don't wish to hire all these developers from a single company even if have 500 developers, I wish to hire one of each bid (or maybe 2 if you can show me reasons why) The reason of not selecting from single source is to evaluate developers/teams and select one for long term basis (1-3 years) to carry on with larger scale projects. If you are a single/solo developer you are definitely welcome to apply and join our full time short term team (till Jan 2015) where you will be working on full time/parttime basis depending on the agreement with my Project Managers. We have been doing this for the past 10 years on freelancer and other platforms and been very successful in doing it. You will enjoy working with us as experienced opensource gurus. Job availability is immediate, thus you can start working as early as today if you are available and there is no restriction on timezone as you can work on any timezone as long as work is delivered and you meet with my PMs once a day for updates.
