CMS Made Simple- Muti lauguage website template

Description Hi, I have a website windturbinestar dot com use CMS made simple system. Now I want to add more language editions in this website such as Germany, French, Spanish..etc The problem is that how to solve the words in the navigation column and right column? As the content of column were designed in the template. We can not let the column show the germany or frence language using only one template.
