I have done this type of project before. It was for a game organizer company who were selling and managing ticket for the customer. I need to know the full requirement about Ticket application project. I am new in freelancer but it does not mean that i am not experienced. i can use files to manipulate the movie list, prices, and other stuff you want...or i can use a database to connect to and get the information.... the difference is that if you use files to provide the date to application then you will be able to modify any information, else, if you use a database, only the one aware of the credentials is able to modify anything on the application ... if you want me to create your application just tell me which data providing way you want.
