C# Console app that connects to SharePoint Online and uploads a file -- 2

This is for someone that already have something working or for someone that did this before. I will supply a SharePoint Online (365) url, user and password, and the app has to browse for a file and upload the file on my sharepoint folder. That's it. We got some samples from Github and some blogs but none are working. Please only apply if you actually have prior experience with this.
