From the project description I believe you need to leverage UI Automation abilities to automate the UAC prompt which I believe can be achieved with a exe that would steal the winlogon process's token and elevate itself to access the prompt. After that it would be just a matter of sending keystrokes to enter the credentials and click "Yes" button.
