This is a web application, written in C# application written with Visual Web Gui. Visual Web Gui allows C# like GUIs to be created as web applications. This project is a base application that allows controls to be added, if and only if the user has the correct roles. This application has an administration section that allows setting up and editing of user/roles/groups. Please see attached documentation for full project description. All deliverables are to be owned (rights, intellectual and copyright) by me and not redistributed or re-used. <I have reposted this project as a fixed price project, as some have mentioned they prefer working that way> Looking forward to working with you!
