Bug Fixes for Stealth Contact Client

This is a follow up project for the Stealth Contact Client Project previously completed. There are some bugs that needs to get fixed: 1. IP of the unit can be changed only once. When you try to change it the second time, it fails. After changing the IP the first time, the syncing and everything works fine with the new IP, but it seems internally you are still keeping the initial IP. Because when I manually change the IP back to what it was initially, I can change the IP again. 2. When the service is running, the GUI still "connected, stopped" in the status on the top left. Should it be "connected, running"? 3. When packet delivery fails, the service retries to send the packet. But every time it retries, it seems to bind to different udp ports without releasing the previous ports. This causes Windows to run out of udp ports and all Ethernet functionality stops. The computer needs to be restarted to fix the issue. 4. When a unit goes offline (Ethernet cable is unplugged), the unit in the unit list (in GUI) is grayed out as it should be. However, if Sync is enabled on that unit, the unit seems to come back online (not grayed out) to sync and then goes back to offline. To prevent this, the sync should be forcefully disabled by the client, when the unit goes offline. 5. The Unit's "Line Name" is supposed to be 12 characters long. It only shows 11 characters. More bugs may be discovered during the course of this project. They will also need to get fixed.
