I need a spreadsheet that help me to recording invoice received, with invoice number, group by section (the department use the product bought, the total expenses of the day by department and total amount of expenses of the day, and in the same spreadsheet the recording of sale by department, the entertainment expenses (when we offer a item just for make happy the guest) the total sale of the day, the percentage of cost/profit.
