Build a Naive Bayesian classifier to perform K-fold cross validation

HI, I need help for my 'Data Mining' homework. Your task is to write a c/ c++ code to build a naive bayesian classifier to perform k fold cross validation ( no external libraries) from data in a file. You will get instructions in the files I attached. Its good if you have profound knowledge in data mining and how trees work; The deadline is Tuesday 11:00pm (19th April 2016). My budget is 40$ (fixed) I am a certified employer and 'I will pay you once I get the code and see if it runs.'
