API betfair bot

I need somone who can build me a API betfair bot, that i can downlowd to my desk top, it has to load the whole days UK horse races, show profit and lose, it needs to work in play only, and only bet in the larst 3 to 5 furlongs of the race, the betting will be when a horse drifts out to about 8 in the the larst 5 furlongs a lay bet is place on the horse that is, 4 points above so 12 so it will get taken, but if the odds starts to shorten to 5 , it has to place back bets to recoupe the lose before the end of the race,it has to run all day, repeating the same format every race whilst i am not there, i hope i have explained well enough for somone to build it for me. I am working in Afghanistan untill the 20th of June so it will need to be done by the 23rd of June. Many Thanks
