code for SPI with atmega 128

I need a code written in embedded C for atmega 128 . Freelancers are free to choose SPI chipset of their choice but they have to keep in mind that the SPI chip should have storage capacity of atleast 1mb and should have good performance ( obviously cost should be as low as possible). The code needs to perform the following: Write this string "868182009724946,03/19/2013!12:17:52,29.1741,75.7049,294,0,23,1136,1136" in SPI with atmega128 and then read back line by line. It should be easy to read strings and write string. Once read the line should be deleted.I would prefer FIFO for reading strings but if you can't do that then it won't be much of a problem. There can be multiple lines like this. One MB is enough.
