BAT or EXE script file to zip files in a directory and auto-upload to FTP server

I am very proficient in c, c++. I have 15 years c++ developing experience now, and I have worked for 5 years. My work is online game developing, and mainly focus on server side, the lauguage is c++ under linux os. So, programming in c++ is never a problem. I agree - it is a piece of cake, I would actually feel bad if I bid higher. I will deliver in an hour of being assigned. btw, how would you like the program to act when there are two files starting with that predicate? (two files starting with "ABC" in your video) - or this won't happen?

I can do this very easily using curl and gnuzip. The important question I have is "Do you have curl (or anything else) and gnuzip (or anthing else) installed on the machine ? or these needs to the part of package ?

Hi MacroEvolve, i've been a c# sharp developer sinca last 2 year for Tecno World Group in italy and i already managed issue like your. If contacted i'll write a console C# application that import the xls file (we should agree on the sheetname where specs are written) and then process data and then upload zip files to ftp server (maybe overwriting existent files?) outputting to console data read asking for a confermation and giving you a feedback (or not, this is not mandatory, it depends if u will use it in an automated task or manually - if it will be used in an automated task the application will write in a log file - or send an email - or write to windows event log viewer). i can do this in python and convert it to exe when the functions finished. python already has the module zlib and ftplib which could archive the goal fast

Hi ... just watch your video ... and i assume it will be much easier if all of the tasks done by using small vb application (including input for : IP address, username, password, source like prefix, renaming zip, upload file location ... will deliver to you in 2 days ... :)
