designer who has done Solid Works and can open Stp Files

Hello, I have a project that has been mostly finished by factory agent in China of a silicone bracelet with words and numbers imprinted into both sides of band. The file is a stp file and was done in Solid Works. Attached are some pictures pasted from the "Solid Works" file to a word doc. I need someone who can first of all open the stp file and then make some changes to the bracelets including increasing the circumfrance of one of the two bracelets and then moving the words and numbers around a little on both bracelets.
