Craigslist data collecting

I need a program that will go online and copy data from craigslist sites that I specify, and save them to a database. Software needs to save email, title and description of each post. I need to be able to choose the category and date of the post to be downloaded. Program also has to be able to send emails trough gmail (multiple accounts). Program has to have a graphic interface where I can look at the data search the data and send emails.
