Decrypt SEF file, Make source code viewable (open source)

I have an SEF file that contains trading indicators for MCFX Pro, But when i try to view it in Power language editor, It says that the file is read only file. I need someone that knows how to open this SEF file and make the source code open. Upon request i will let you check the file out before you bid, So you can see if you can complete this project.
