Code for VST plugin

I would like to obtain the source code for the following VST plugin for the Windows XP o/s based on the Steinberg SDK's (available for free from Steinberg) Flanger with the following parameters: Depth (mix) Speed Depth (width) Speed (rate) The GUI that comes with the SDK is fine, so no GUI is required. You should already have a knowledge of C++, VST programming for Windows and the Steinberg SDK if you are bidding on this project. You can find out more about this subject by searching google for vst programming but you should already have experience. If everything works out, we may be able to make this a contract position in coding for other VST effects. Thank you for looking, we appreciate it.
