Check on a hotel booking company

We are an investment fund. We are checking up on a travel company that is listed on the New York Stock Exchange but operates in China. We need someone based in Shenzen who speaks the language to do due diligence on this company. It will probably take less than a day but will involve some phone conversations, some travel around downtown. There will be some expenses - and we will cover those with spot bonuses. This is just thorough due diligence. A full description will be given to the winning bidder. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform Internet and phone work. Also a little legwork. You will need to go downtown... Nothing more complicated than a web browser needed.
