Honestly, your problems with disconnect are likely not even on your end. The other problems surely are. I'd be happy to give them both a look. Asterisk is pretty straight forward. Since you disconnects happen nightly for an hour, lets say it takes at least 2 and probably 3 to know if this is fixed or not after I get into it.
