I need a script that can be cron'd to run several times a day. It needs to call a number, listen to the message played by the dialed number and compare it to the recording of the previous call that the script made. If the dialed number's message has changed the script needs to send me an email / sms to notify me.

hi. see my feedback onthis site. note, most of project cost(700) is actualy compare message with prevous one. it is not posible say that message not changed at all. it WILL be changed becuase of other noise. so need find similar part of image and compare, if <95% match, then think it was changed.
