Asterisk and A2Billing

We will install Asterisk or FreePBX and A2Billing. We need you to implement the following: Direct Dial: Authentication via Caller ID and PIN (if PIN = yes). If a customer enters the wrong PIN, it states "The PIN you entered is wrong, try again." After 3 wrong times "Your Direct dial options have been suspended for 24 hours. You can call our callback number and call from there.” If correct, state the balance available and ask for phone, state number of mins and allow call. Callback Dial: When a person calls in, the system: (1) Detect Caller ID (2) Hangs up (3) Check if caller ID is in system and belong to a call-back customer with + balance on their account. If yes, call back the number and allow them to make call. If caller ID does not exist, do not call. When system call-back the number, it should NOT ask for any PIN. It should state balance and then number of minutes. Vouchers: Ability to create voucher and have IVR to charge account. Activate default recharge capability. Tasks: (1) Perform configuration and test to make sure callback, direct calling, dial plan, trunks, IVR voucher recharge. (2) Train our staff on configuration and operation of different elements of service (3) Provide support for our web developers as they build the web interface. We are willing to pay $400 USD for the above If customizations are needed for IVR voucher recharge, add $200 Duplicating changes on other servers is $100 per server. Recurring support after the completion of the project is $25/hr for under 10 hours per month and $20 per hour thereafter.
