Change optin box on Wordpress blog post

Looking for someone who knows the ins and outs of wordpress. If you are also a good designer (html) that would be a plus. This project is really just a starter to find wordpress expert/designer I can rely on. I want to remove the optin box that is on the upper right corner of [[login to view URL]][1] and put in the optin box (upper right corner) from [[login to view URL]][2] Also any suggestions you have for improving design and functionality of this wordress blog. This is for a fixed price. But for my information, let me know what you would charge per hour if I gave you a good amount of work each month. You could look at my record - I give a lot of work to designers who provide a good service at a good price. Note: (if we go on to ongoing projects....you must be available for some skype chats (short ones) once in awhile . Somewhere between 8am eastern time usa and 8 pm(eastern USA). Whatever time you can make it. This is a must! - so if you can't do this- don't apply.
