I need a plan to on board new members of a web based marketplace. These members would be both the customers and providers that make exchanges in the marketplace. At this stage it must be limited to human implementation. However, it should be designed with the intent to automate later. It could be compared to Amazon, Ebay, even Uber in many aspects. The marketplace is for offering professional services worldwide. Platform is straightforward like the above mentioned. Maximizing the benefits of the platform will not be achieved by the users moving from novice to expert understanding of how the system works. It is just simply a process of the consumer posting a service request and providers responding to it. The objective then is to ensure they quickly experience success and adopt the marketplace as an indispensable part of their business. I've read sample on-boarding plans but really don't know the fair compensation for the plan. So I will just post it. Obviously this is the max not the minimum. Rest assured, I will NOT share details of different proposals or responses meant to play one of the other. I will simply evaluate your proposal as submitted against any other.
