I am a Technical Writer by trade and an Administrative Professional with over 15 years of office management experience. Most recently, I held the position of Proposal Writer/Coordinator for a local background screening company, where I was responsible for all aspects of the proposal process. I possess excellent research, problem-solving and oral/written communication skills and can write to a wide variety of genres. In addition, I have extensive, progressive experience with all office functions to include proficiency with most standard software applications. My skills and experience include but are not limited to the following:
· Organizing and directing the work of staff engaged in central administrative functions in a large department/agency including fiscal claiming, facilities management, quality control, purchasing, information system, decentralized personnel and record keeping and clerical support.

Represented the agency in most dealings with Federal, State and local agencies and other county officials on fiscal and administrative matters; developed agency position statements and official reports and drafted all official agency correspondence.
