animation for A 50 page flipbook

This is my very first listing so please bare with my in-accuracies. The brief:- A simple animation consisting of stick figures to create a flipbook end product. I believe that the end product will be around 50 screens, but please quote/bid up to 70. The length of the scene is approx. 5-7 seconds in length. The finished art must be email-able to me and therefore the printers. The scene is stick figures (male & female) meeting, then romancing, then ending in flames. A simple black stick figure with colour (Australian spelling) in the flames at end of scene. Thank you for your time in reading this request.
