Develop app for iPhone y Android

The company I represent provides a GPS tracking service for vehicles. Customer have credentials to login into a web app and get access to +20 reports, and they are able to configure many particular locations, zones, alerts, speed limits, etc. We need a mobile app (iOs/android) with these functions: 1) User login and session managemente (maybe with JWT or similar) 2) Main menu with these 4 options: a) Last position: User should be able to select a vehicle from a list, get the last GPS coordinates and show the position in a map. Besides, it should show the date/time, vehicle name, address and speed. The icon will be provided by the web service. The address may be provided in the same json structure, but if it's empty, it should be looked up via reverse geocoding, and send it to the server to keep it for next time. It should keep reloading the current location every 30". b) Historic User should be able to select a vehicle and a range of date/time, and the app should trace the route on the map. The polygon should display arrows and the markers will have a special icon with a color related to the speed (0Km/h = red, 0-10km/h yellow, +10km/h: green). Below the map, or in some different tab, it should show a report (image below) with more details. Every marker should be able to show and infowindow with the date/time, speed, etc. c) Alerts: User can select a vehicle and a range of date/time, and get a report with all the alerts generated in tha period. Tapping the line (or a button) for one alert, should show the location in the map. d) Speed: Exactly as 'Alerts', but with different data. It should show locations where the vehicle exceed the speed limit defined by the user in the web app. The current web app is old and its been replaced by a new one, still in progress. We are using a design inspired in the "material design" from android. The goal is to get the apps for both platforms (ios and android) with the same structure but adjusted to the look&feel of each platform. We will need assistance for publish both apps in Google Play and App Store with our account.
