I need to develop an offline apps that support OS ( Ipad & Iphone ) and Android ( Tablet & Mobile Devices ) and this offline apps should act as a desktop application as well if user would like to view it with desktop computer. Contents of the apps is a compilation of sales Kit with about 15 categories and also require function of mortgage calculator, automobile loan calculator and finance calculator.
