I have a amazon aws acount. It has one instance, a whm cpanel licenced has been setup on it, a few website has been running on it. Instance's os sistem is centos 6 . I need load balance and autoscale ajdustment on this. Main instance type Will be m3, and cpu usage Will be stable between%20 and %40 , if cpu usage reach to %90 aws notice me via mail.
