Business Strategy - Restaurant Directory needs to get people to use Our Coupons

Our Website ([login to view URL]) is a local Restaurant Directory, we list all Restaurant Menus and Photos in the local City of Staten Island. We recently began offering Coupons and Savings on our website but it's hard to get visitors to use them. Please browse through the website and Select the City Staten Island from the Front Page. Then browse through Various Zip Codes, Cuisines, and see if you are able to notice the restaurants that have coupons, are you able to find the coupon easily and print it? The problem is it seems very easy to find to me, analytics show a high response to coupons (100+) view for the coupon page itself for the month. But some Restaurant Owners are telling us they had no feedback. Are they lying, or should we think of a way to better display the coupons and make it more attractive for the customer to print. Thats what we need solved.
