Customize Adobe AIR Application built using Flex and action-script language

We have adobe AIR instant notification application built using Flex and action-script language. We want to update the login (or authentication) process in this application. Currently login process is based on email address and password BUT we would like to update it to use email address & phone number, if the email address and phone number is valid, SMS will be sent to the phone number with one time password and that password will be used to authenticate the user. We will provide you API that validates the data and sends SMS to phone number for one time password. We need help to complete the changes required in adobe air application to change the flow of login process. Looking for the quote for this custom work.
