Business Plan for Alternative Energy Fuels for Transportatio

I need to have a business plan for a new venture focusing on alternative energy as transportation fuels. Technologies which use other than crude-based oil for fuel such as hybrid, electric, solar, CNG/LPG, fuel-cells, photovoltaic cells, etc. I have the outline for the Business plan but have to come up with something original as in the plan should be written independently and ofcourse we have to do research on our own. We need to present the plan to a financier such as a Venture Capitalist or a Lending Institution (such as a Bank) who will look at the Business Plan and decide if it looks like a good investments. I have some research material which I can forward to whoever is willing to take up the assignment. I need atleast an outline by July 6th, 2011 and the final completed version by July 25th, 2011.
