You should also indicate whether it is or is not an auxiliary unit An overview of how revenues and expenses are expressed in your budget, and the major objectives to be achieved by the proposed budget A budget proposal that includes a forecast of revenue sources by category, proposed expenditure categories and amounts in each category (in a table or spreadsheet), and a written justification for each expenditure category A proposed budget cycle, including a timeline, and processes for budget vetting, approval, implementation, and review In addition to the budget, you will also create a summary of your budget and will provide strategies for overcoming problems if revenue does not reach projected levels.
