Automatically Import email contacts from Hotmail / Yahoo address book

Hello - I would like to add an option at my website which will allow the users to import their Hotmail / Yahoo address book automatically by entering their Hotmail / Yahoo username and password at a form on my website. When the user submits this form, the next page will show a list of all email contacts that are currently in their Hotmail / Yahoo address book. PS: I'm NOT asking how one can export the address book into a csv file using the option available at hotmail / yahoo.
