ASP Classic SQL Server and ISAPI URL Rewrite

We need someone to write about 4 - 5 ASP Classic pages and set the htaccess file to for rewriting relevant pages with ISAPI filter. We will provide you with the database table structures, ftp details and template for the asp pages. We also need to be able to provide an xml feed for Twitter so if you have experience doing that it would be a bonus. Please bid on the project and we will send you the full spec. All of this is being carried out for SEO purposes so if you have an understanding of SEO it will be a bonus also.
