Development of Utilities for stock market data

Whatever I am going to tell you is just an introduction to the total amount of requirements. Firstly,see the "[login to view URL]" attached. Its the window which gives various kinds of data(like open price, last traded quantity etc.) for all the stocks in it. These data figures updates in real time from time to time, maybe once or twice in a second. The first requirement is to find a way to extract all these data from this application to be used for various purposes. Now, what to do with these data: Please see "[login to view URL]" attached(use VLC player). You will see a new small window called the "Tick List",in addition to the broker platform behind it. This tick list is for TCS. What it does is, it collects the "time","last rate" and "last qty" from the data application and generates a row(within itself) everytime the last qty field in the data window behind it updates for TCS. You will see that most recent rows are added at the top of this tick list [login to view URL] new row is generated as soon as the last qty field in the data window behind it updates for TCS. Now, This tick list can be opened for one stock only. I want it for as many stocks as possible, say 10 tick lists simultaneously. Secondly, I want the tick list rows to be coloured as red,green and white, depending on whether the "last rate" lesser than/equals to "bid rate",greater than/equals to "offer rate" or between "bid rate" and "offer rate" respectively.
