Complete Travel E-Commerce Design

To create a website that mimics all the functions of a airline purchasing site like [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc. There will be no need for car and hotel reservation capabilities in first phase. The core function is to develop the purchasing and reserving of the airline ticket. This new site will be a fully functional E-Commerce site that will accept payment via credit card among other methods used in Japan. Background layer will interface with all major airline reservation services/interface and be a fully functional travel agency online. Travel agency experience or knowledge is necessary to design this new site. The site will need to be secure via SSL/https to accept credit card information and personal information. Complete design is necessary and travel agency knowledge is a must. Cost of project will be compensated for the complete project development. Japanese language knowledge is a plus but not necessary.
