I recently purchased a template (forum) to run on phpBB and I cannot get the template to install correctly. It shows up, but many of the functions such as the ACP and pre-sets are not there. I would like for someone to install the template correctly so I may begin work. I also need a logo designed for our forum.

i have a bit older php application. its function is basically a hosted cart/app solution , which lets user choose plan (free or paid), and the ...auto create the new user account in the cpanel/backend has stopped working. it gives error "cannot create subdomain" , and other times gives error "cannot create database".
