Hi guys Right now I need to install a cluster setup of vicidial, which will have 3 servers 1 DB+web 1 archive (which running on windows, I already set it up) 1 telephony (Planning to add more telephony but not at this time) I'm having problem installing these servers. As they do connect, but the hopper is always empty and there is always a lady voice saying "the extion is invalid, please try again" when the agents log in. So, I will need someone to teach me to install them or help me to install them correctly. I'm willing to pay $30-$50 for this as I will be in place of doing everything to make sure I know every aspect of it.

I am using Vicidial, and everything is setup, I just need help setting up dialplan to call longdistance in USA/Canada and all International and Local calls, so I want some one with asterisk experience to set up a dial plan login via teamviwer to my computer and than set it up, its a very small project. this just started the other day- what happened is every day for about an hour or two the vici would drop from which ever carrier i was connected to, but if i reboot and swiched carriers it would start back up again somethmes not right away now however i will not recoginize any of the carriers no matter what i have attached a screen shot for the asterisk -rvvv thank you
