Hi I need some FREE support in Plesk. I have added a subdomain but it says the domain DNS is not resolved. Do I need to change the DNS for every subdomain or should this work automatically? Only reply with *PLESK* Thanks Dan

1and1 hosting support was no help and even I felt like I knew more than the support person. I have a VPS there and just migrated all my accounts from directadmin I have a totally new mailbox. my mail works fine. both webmail and imap. i also noticed this with another email that i created after migration on a new domain. So basically. the new emails work, but the old migrated email addresses have this imap issue. Everyone else (different domains) is having issues with syncing their mail with imap. It's actually just 2 people, but I do have about 5 email addresses on the server that i need to make sure imap is functioning proper There's 10 sites on the VPS, I have not checked out any others in detail

I have built a Wordpress website to replace a SquareSpace website. (SquareSpace is the Host and Domain Registrar) The Wordpress website is hosted on Plesk. I need to change the DNS settings on SquareSpace (hosting DNS and domain NameServers) to point to the new Wordpress website. I have updated the nameservers NS (On SquareSpace) to point to Cloudflare but I am unable to change the DNS records. I get a message about conflicting CNAME records. I'm not sure if I have started doing things in the wrong order or if I should leave Cloudflare out to begin with.
