I plan to use a TPS54283PWPR from Texas Instruments in a project I am working on. I need an experienced engineer to help design my schematic and to ensure I have not made any silly mistakes (before I commit to the PCB) - alternatively, if this proves to be the incorrect part I will need help to identify alternative. All I need is a reliable DC DC converter with 24vDC input and output 1 = 5v at about 2 amps and output 2 at 3.8v at about 1.5 amps (I'm struggling with the maths in the datasheet)

We need to make a gerber file for our pcb setup. it will be to contact 16 spring contacts and a set of two square eights pin contacts. :) The last two photos is of the original pcb we are trying to replicate. the problem with this one is that it only has eight spring contacts and only holds a sample that is 25x25mm we need it to have 16 contacts instead of eight and it being able to measure 8 points of a 100x40mm sample. the distance between the spring contacts should be 1cm center to center side ways. This project involves reviewing a PCB design previously developed by another Freelancer to make sure it working and then continuing on to develop the Firmware. I would need it to have a buck boost circuit that could do 0vdc-60vdc @5amps as well have a current limiting feature for testing equipment, etc. & perhaps digipots to control the output voltage and current limiting digitally through the menu. I also will be using a TFT LCD to display a menu & to show voltages & current draw, so using an STM32 to drive & control all the logic would be preferable. I have indoor grow tent, with multiple citrus trees, It runs an exhaust fan, 4 air moving fans, 4 lights, 2 heating pads, and an irrigation pump, I currently run most of the items off of a wifi power bar (geeni surge 6) and the exhaust fan runs via its own controller with temp and humidity settings. The irrigation pump is supposed to run off of a wifi based application (the app no longer exists) I am looking into the idea of getting a raspberry pie and running the entire system off of that with some programming. I would have to regulate on/0ff times for lights and exhaust fan and also integrate a run cycle for the irrigation pump.
