I basically need it recreated on WordPress. The content can stay the same, the design ideally is updated but not much thought needs to be put into this. I have a joomla based site thats already created. I need to have a icon menu that is sticky that will appear only on mobile. (i need to know where the code is that sets the screen dimensions for what we will define as mobile. the icons will simply point to an address that can be adjusted by me. I have a custom made php script in joomla 3.x.x. When I upgraded my joomla version to 4.2.6 the script is giving errors and is not working anymore. The script has to be changed to work on the latest version.
