Currently we open Lotus Notes type a generic message: Hello, Attached is the March 2008 Invoice(s). Please confirm that you have received this email and that you were able to open the attachment(s). Thank You, then we open a file that contains about one hundred pdf's that are created from a separate system. We tie the pdf with the email address by a deal name. The deal name is the same every month and is sent to the same person every month, but the invoice created does have a different invoice number after the deal name. Attached is an example. The program will need to split up the PDF into separate invoices.
