I am looking for someone proficient in Unity to build a medium-detail, modern house model for my project. The model should encompass the following elements: - Furniture: Furnishings should compliment the modern aesthetic of the housing model. Detailing isn't extremely critical but it should still look professional and visually pleasing. - Lighting: I'm interested in incorporating lighting into the model such that it intensifies the overall modern design and ambience. - Textures: The textures implemented need to further emphasize the modern theme, balanced with a medium level of detail.
