I have a code that currently functions on a Wemo D1 mini. The D one handles all my Wi-Fi connections and processes the function. I have a single connection to a D 32 which stores an audio file and the Bluetooth connection.. I’d like to move all of my D1 code to the D 32 so I can process and use a single board for everything. That way the D 32 will handle both my Wi-Fi connection and my Bluetooth connections simultaneously while processing. All the rest in between nodes have a distance of 3-4 meters each one of its next one. They are deployed in 4-5 lines of around 25 nodes each line. I have already set up my senders and receiver sketches (Arduino IDE). The matter is the limitation that the ESP-Now protocol sets (up to 20 nodes as I know). Hello, I have a pcb with ESP32 S3 that has bluetooth capabilities. The bluetooth is acting as a server and receives connections from an iOS app and from another ESP32 S3 configured as client. Code is written in Arduino IDE. My problem is, I do not seem to have BLE 5.0 range results, the range is similar to BLE 4.0, which is around 5-10 meters. I have been doing some digging and it seems ESP32 S3 with BLE 5 has 3 types of PHYs (physical layers): 1M, 2M and Coded PHY. As far as I read, default is 1M? (which is BLE 4 range basically). My goal is to adapt my code in order to support 2M PHY (100m range or so) or even Coded PHY (500-1000m), so the BLE connection can work at more than 5-10 meters. Thank you! Marius
