I need someone to create a mining software that gathers specific data off the internet databases and search engines and other websites and able to produce reports that can be printed for analysis. The software will be proprietary software which will be used in a office work environment with different users who will have specific access rights for modules related only to their specific [login to view URL] software should have click thru capability to access the the link to the site or info it produces. I have some audio and visual notes from a person I found on the internet who has a similar idea mine is a little more complex but his description and notes is a good start for you to begin and start to understand my end goal. I will email that information once I find the right person for this task. I am looking to establish a long term relation ship with someone who can make edits and help me continue to develop the functionality over time. . I have never created a software before so I do not know how we can negotiate price but I think logically we may want to establish a phase schedule a and deliver dates and begin to explore this once the initial outline i have is read. Finally this is a start up so I am budget conscious looking for someone capable and creative not pricey. This person should be willing to stay on a consultant once the company is launched for on going support.
