Web Site Design & SEO / Targeted Traffic campaign

I have secured a domain name that will be intended to deliver the following : 1.) Rank high organically (1st page of Google) 2.) Be a single page website, SEO friendly and optimized with specific keywords that I will provide 3.) Allow for customers to enter to win (they would submit their information via an online form and I would select a winner every X number of days depending on volume of registrants). The page will also have a “don’t want to wait … ready to buy now” link that would redirect to a separate website for immediate purchase 4.) Included in your bid, you would need to develop the graphics /logo for this site; it needs to graphically clean and pleasing to look at. 5.) You would also need to develop the corresponding banners / ads promoting the “enter to win xxxx” via different platforms (facebook, blogs, etc.) 6.) Marketing of the promotion to US customers to drive traffic to the site resulting in registrations, with a disproportionate target of males interested in the hunting/fishing industry 7.) The ability to email all who entered but did not win, by promotion date. For example : 3,000 people entered over a 60 day period for the 5/1/2014 drawing. 2,999 don’t win. 1 wins using a random generator. Ability to email the 2,999 separately from the winner.
