Hi, I need to build a small but dense website (for use in the U.S.) that is very, very elegant and beautiful for the end user. Attached are two images to give a hint at the complexity of the site -- but trust that it is a little more complex than what is seen in these two images. I have a budget of $300.00 USD. I need to create this for $300.00. Can you do this? OVERVIEW: It is a website where a user will watch videos, read articles, take a 10-question online quiz*, easily share content with friends (on all social channels, FB, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) It needs to be built from start to finish, fully optimized for SEO, safeguarded against hackers, etc. for web, tablet and mobile, and created with a clean, user-friendly backend so that a user (with a personalized username/password) can easily go in and make changes to content on the backend in a clean and easy way. I request that the site NOT be built on Wordpress. What platform should it be built on? Why? If SiteLock isn't the best service to use to protect it, what is? Why? Also, one of the pages of the site features 50 FAQs, and another page features a dictionary with 100 terms, photos, definitions, etc -- these pages must seamlessly be able to pull and display information (showing only one at a time) and empower the user to easily click through each term to scroll through. WHAT EXISTS ALREADY: I have most of the .UI mockups in .PSD -- however, the fluidity of the user experience is not yet defined. (Note: no .UI mockups exist for tablet/mobile, you will need to modify the existing ones to create new ones for those platforms). REQUIREMENTS FOR USER EXPERIENCE: I want the site experience to be incredibly modern and elegant, to "dim" when you scroll the page, to have a responsive (i.e. human, not robotic) response to clicking a button, or transitioning from page to page, to make it feel more intimate and responsive (i.e. as seen on Pinterest when you choose to pin something). Note: Some of the subpages will likely need to open "lightboxes" but i would like them to do so in a clean and easy that way that doesn't compromise the user experience or overwhelm the existing site layout when the box opens. You should easily be able to transition between content in a way that makes sense and makes you want to open and close pages, dive deeper into the site, and return back to homepages with ease. Note: The online quiz might be one of the more complex pieces of the site due to the fact that it will generate a different score based on how right or wrong you do on the quiz. I will need you to take lead to "devise" the mechanism that determines scoring and then delivers a different numerical score (on top of a graphic) to appear on the user's screen after the quiz is completed.
