Help me with Internet Marketing

WIAL-USA seeks to contract with a company or individual (“the Contractor”) to refocus, re-frame and redesign the WIAL-USA web presence. The Contractor will be selected through a competitive bidding process and will be responsible for all activities that pertain to the management of the WIAL-USA web presence. A formal Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued in mid May 2014. 1) Web Site Design a) The Contractor will redesign the WIAL-USA website to provide a fresh look reflecting the current strategy of the organization, which is to build, educate and support the action learning community. To include but not restricted to: i) Content Management by WIAL-USA ii) Table Content updateable via CSV file upload iii) Member updateable profiles iv) Project site registration for Not-for-profit organizations v) Forward messages for inquiries vi) Support for Chapters vii) Support for Advertisers 2) Social Media Feeds a) The Contractor will link blogs, posts, and web pages to relevant social media feeds. b) If appropriate, the Contractor will suggest and/or manage social media content in conjunction with an appointed WIAL-USA marketing committee member(s), at least once per week, or as appropriate. 3) Consultation a) The contractor will advise WIAL-USA on the best practices for marketing events in various cities in order to increase current enrollment in action learning certification classes by at least 25%. 4) Content Management a) The Contractor management team will work with the WIAL-USA Board Marketing committee to update relevant content on the website and relevant social media feeds. WIAL-USA will manage the daily content updates of the website.
