Telesales and Lead Generation

We have recently joined up with a UK based Web Marketing and Development Agency to provide them with leads for their growing Social Media Marketing and Consultancy business. As one of our telemarketing / lead generation agents, it will be your position to generate 5 leads per week for our client. As we will be calling on behalf of our client and using their name also, all calls must be recorded to ensure quality. When you do pass a lead across, it goes to our client for their consideration (for a 48 hour review period,) they have agreed on a specific set of criteria that must be covered during your phone call in order to allow that call to qualify as a lead. If a lead is rejected within the 2 day review period, we will ask you to re-contact the business prospect either to confirm any missing additional information if required, in which case the lead will then be passed back to the client for their consideration. In some cases, the client may reject the lead completely for a number of reasons, however, the criteria we have set should ensure that this is a very rare occurrence, furthermore, we will review your leads before we pass them to the client to ensure that there is no fault with the lead at our end. More information will be given to you regarding these specific criteria below but it is worth noting that the client will only accept leads that qualify so please always make sure you cover everything on your calls although we will be able to guide you on certain calls until you become comfortable in getting all the information you need on each call. What exactly is a lead? You will be calling through a number of business each day in order to discuss with a senior level decision maker (i.e. Managing Director / Owner ) at the business, their plans over the following 2-3 months, if any , regarding any aspects of online marketing / Search Engine Optimization / Social Media Marketing. If, on the call you manage to establish that the business have a serious plan in place to undergo an online marketing drive and that they have a definite budget in place to do so, then it is your task to provide them with more information on the services of our client and sell them on the benefits of taking the discussion further with one of the consultants from our client. It is not necessary to book an appointment with a potential lead business, however, our client has asked, that you confirm on the call, that the prospect MUST be willing to meet with someone from 360 Innovate within the next 2-3 months, preferably at our client's in Glasgow with a view to discuss the services offered by our client. In a nutshell, if you have had a positive discussion with a senior decision maker from a business in order to discuss their forward plan for the coming few weeks, to ensure you can then pass the details of that conversation to us for it to be qualified as a lead, you must: • Ensure the business has a Total Annual Online Advertising budget ("Ad Spend ")of at least £30,000 p.a. • Confirm that the business is reasonably well established and is at least 2 years old. • Have a turnover of at least £750k and less than £7 Million. • Have 10 or more members of staff. • The company DEFINITELY has a budget in place to carry out a marketing campaign online or at least be looking to bring on board an online marketing consultant within the next 2 months preferably and 3 months maximum. • Must be willing to discuss their project further with our client at their Glasgow offices. • You have confirmed while on the phone, that the person you have spoken with is the final decision maker within the business regarding spending on any such services.
