Hi all. I have a number of RAW portrait files on a regular basis. Approximately 50-150 per week. What I need basically: 1. convert the files in ACR or similar converter; 2. do some balanced skin retouch. I addition, depending on the assignment some other manipulations may be required, such as: background removal or change, apply some color toning etc. - I will provide you with an extended description each time I send you the next picture. Right now I'm looking forward to establish a solid business relationship with an experienced retoucher. Here's a test file. You need to find a balance between a soft looking skin and preserving maximum details. All the files will be something similar to this one. Thanks in advance for your time and effort.
